Four modules, one plugin

Everything after “Place order”

Turn on only what your store needs. Each module adds its own settings, emails and customer screens.

Module 01

Order Approval

Hold new orders until you approve them. Check custom, wholesale or high-value orders before anything ships, and release them with one click.

  • Approval rules by product, category, tag or user role
  • Customers pay before approval, or pay after you approve
  • Emails for new orders, approvals and rejections
  • Optional cancel button for customers
  • Visual order timeline on the customer’s My Account page

Module 02

Order Statuses

Build the order statuses your workflow really needs, from “In production” to “Ready for pickup”, and let OrderFlow move orders along for you.

  • Create your own custom order statuses
  • A separate email for each status
  • Automation rules that change statuses for you
  • Import and export your statuses

Module 03

Order Tracking

Let customers follow their own parcel. Add a tracking code to each shipment and they see the carrier, tracking link and delivery progress in My Account.

  • Tracking code for each shipment
  • Built-in carrier list with a default carrier
  • Delivery timeline for customers
  • Import tracking codes from a CSV file
  • Choose where tracking info appears on the order page

Module 04

Order Refund

Handle refund requests without the email chain. Customers request a refund from My Account and you review, reply and refund in one place.

  • Refund requests straight from My Account
  • Refund rules by product, user role or country
  • Refund the whole order or single items, with or without taxes
  • Message thread with file uploads on every request
  • Refund to the original payment or as a coupon

FAQ

Questions, answered

I only need one feature, not all four. Can I use just that?

Yes. Turn on only the module you need (for example Order Tracking) and leave the others off. A module that is switched off adds no features, settings or menu items, so your dashboard stays clean.

What do I need to run it?

WordPress 6.5 or newer, WooCommerce 8.0 or newer and PHP 7.4 or newer.

Can I customise the emails and messages?

Yes. Each module comes with its own emails and on-screen messages, and you can edit their text to match your store’s tone.

Will my customers see these features?

Yes. Customers see their approval status, order timeline, tracking details and refund requests on their My Account page, so they get answers without contacting you.

Where can I get help?

Read the documentation for step-by-step guides, or ask in the support forum on WordPress.org.
